2020 connected us all. We loved, we lost, we gained an appreciation for being together, even when forced apart. Our schools were able to open safely and remain open to give children stability and spirituality.
We launched the St Thomas Aquinas Distance Learning Program for students who couldn’t, or chose not to attend school in-person classes. We helped provide devices for those in need.
We remained strong as a school community and are immeasurably thankful to the teachers, school staff, and parish community for the amazing work completed in 2020.
As we enter 2021, we seek to renew connections beyond our classroom. We look forward to attending Mass together again, celebrating graduation, and are hopeful for a restart to summer camps and sports leagues. Our renewal is a re-emergence. It is about building on what currently exists, making it better, and celebrating God’s presence and love for us all.
